What brings me here?

The resonating breeze buffing through the trees,

The aroma of the murk rushing in my nostrils.

Listening to the sparrow chirps all around,

My toe getting immersed in the moist ground.

The over enthusiastic rays peeking through

The petite branches of overgrown conifers.

Leaves caught by the wind fell from the trees,

Lying lifelessly crumbled and covering earth like a sheet.

Almost being able to feel the life air around,

It seems like a joy; It’s my happy place.

People may assume it’s weird and unusual

Though the scenery had a reason to bring me here.

It knows me, accepts me, loves me and adores me.
